Refunds

We at SOULTOUCH have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products  and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

• Original product, unused and the same condition as you received it
• The original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is not the original product, or worn, or damaged, or not in its original packaging.

All refunds are credited back to the source used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to be issued.
